Gracie Ratterree, Coordinator
Gracie is a senior in the Public Relations and Strategic Communications program at UCM with double minors in psychology and advertising. She serves on the executive boards for Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) as Secretary. Gracie will be graduating in 2023 with her Bachelors degree and experience in social media, event coordinating, and with management skills. She is looking forward to challenging herself and working with her team to help clients!

Megan White, Coordinator
Megan is a senior studying Public Relations and Strategic Communications at the University of Central Missouri. She has experience in social media management, marketing and leadership. Megan works on campus as UCM’s Social Media Content and Graphic Coordinator and is involved with her sorority, Delta Zeta, serving on the executive board as their communications. She is also a digital communications intern for her sorority’s national headquarters. She hopes to pursue a career in the sports or entertainment industry once she graduates this December. She is incredibly honored to be back in IPR for another semester and is excited to take on some new clients!

Michael Lewis, Specialist
Michael is a dual major in Public Relations Strategic Communications and Political Science at UCM. He has experience in public relations, government relations, and marketing. Michael works on social media ad content and email newsletters for Biasly, a political news organization, where he started as a Content Marketing Intern. His past work experiences include: sales, digital media, and copywriting. He hopes to utilize his skills to help create a better community and serve the public. Outside of his work experience, Michael is involved in over four organizations on campus, as well as a position as vice president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSSA).

Lindsey Gillespie, Specialist
Lindsey is a senior in the Public Relations and Strategic Communications program at UCM. She is an online student and lives in Orlando, FL, where she works for Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. Lindsey previously interned for social media company, TheCreativeExchange, as their primary content creator for their TikTok channel and currently assists In/Spree Brands as its Influencer Marketing intern. As she gets ready to graduate this December, Lindsey is eager to start her career as a public relations professional and hopes to work in the music industry in fan engagement to strengthen the bridge between fan and artist. She is looking forward to working with the Innovative Public Relations team and getting to know her clients!

Grace Kennedy, Specialist
Grace is an ambitious young public relations professional. Currently in her final year of her Public Relations and Strategic Communications degree, she has gained experience through working at UCM’s Honors College, interning with The Johnson County Adult Literacy Program, and holding several student leadership positions. Grace is looking forward to utilizing her strategic thinking, eye for creativity, and leadership skills to help her clients reach their goals. On top of her professional pursuits, Grace loves to travel – so feel free to regale her with your latest adventures!

Chris Pouncil, Specialist
Chris is a senior at the University of Central Missouri studying Public Relations and Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Administration. Chris currently works on campus as a desk receptionist at the Harmon College Dean’s Office. He also serves as the Social Media Coordinator for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). Chris is excited to begin IPR because he sees this as a huge opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge, and experience.

Brooke Snider, Specialist
Brooke is a senior at UCM pursuing a degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications double minoring in advertising and marketing. Brooke currently serves as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), Vice President of Standards and Values for Sigma Kappa, and social media coordinator for The Rock (methodist college group). She is excited to learn new skills and gain professional insights while being able to build relationships with her team.
